Booking & Payment
A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due prior to your event. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the booking fee and a signed agreement.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. Rescheduling is subject to availability. The booking fee is non-transferable.
Delivery of Images
Final edited photographs will be delivered within the agreed timeframe. Rush delivery may be available at an additional charge. Images are delivered digitally via a private online gallery.
Copyright
All photographs and videos produced by Gurpreet Sandhu Pictures remain our intellectual property. Clients receive a personal use licence for the images delivered. Commercial use requires written permission.
